The rundown
The Skogsö Padded is Fjällräven's G-1000 field jacket with a winter layer built in. The shell is their hard-wearing blend of recycled polyester and organic cotton, which you can wax with Greenland Wax for extra weather resistance, and it's lined with PrimaLoft Black RISE synthetic insulation that keeps working when it gets damp. A snug adjustable hood, a two-way front zip with glove-friendly pulls, Velcro cuffs and an adjustable hem seal in the heat, with chest, hand and inside pockets for everything else. It's made without PFAS.
