The rundown
Oura's fourth-generation ring is solid titanium inside and out, with the sensors sitting flush in a seamless interior, so it wears like an ordinary band at under 8 mm wide and as little as 3.3 g. Red, green and infrared LEDs track heart rate, HRV, respiration and blood oxygen around the clock, alongside a temperature sensor and accelerometer. The app turns it into Readiness, Sleep and Activity scores, plus stress, resilience and heart health insights. Battery runs five to eight days, it's water resistant to 100 m, and it comes in Silver, Stealth and Gold. Full features need an Oura membership.
