The rundown
Ikigai machines its weekly case from 6061-T6 aluminum, the same alloy used in bike frames, so it feels more like a piece of gear than a pharmacy pill box. Eight compartments sit in a row under a single sliding lid: press the textured thumb pad, slide it to the day you need, and it clicks shut again. Seven slots cover the week and the eighth parks the lid on day seven, or doubles as extra storage. At 7.25 by 1.75 inches and just over 7 ounces, it slips into a dopp kit or desk drawer, and comes in a range of colors with optional day engraving.
